Hey guys! I hope everyone's summer is going well! With lots of sunshine and great weather, our family here shares a lot of outdoors time together, and with it comes piles of laundry... you can guess!
It couldn't have happened at a better time that Crowdtap selected me to take part in the TIDE Pods sampling activation!

I have never used detergent pods before, so these TIDE Pods were completely new to me. I received 4 packets with 1 TIDE pod in each one. Two for me to try out and review, and two to share with a friend! (I also received a $2 off savings coupon, but sadly the coupon expired faster than I had noticed the expiration date.)

I decided to give them a try with a medium load of laundry in a hot wash cycle. I have a newer model front load HE washing machine, so I added a TIDE Pod along with the laundry to be washed into the washer drum, then started the washing cycle. I loved how convenient and easy it was to just toss a TIDE Pod into the washer, instead of having to measure messy detergent and adding it to the soap dispenser compartment.

When the cycle finished and I opened the washing machine, I could already smell the lovely, fresh TIDE original scent! I love this scent, it is actually the main reason I choose TIDE over other laundry detergents. Without having to add softener in the machine, or sheets to the dryer, my laundry smelled fresh and clean! It is good to know that TIDE Pods have 90% cleaning ingredients, while other brands' detergents only contain 15% cleaning ingredients. Not only do TIDE Pods clean, but they also brighten clothes and remove stains effectively, they are a 3-in-1 detergent product, which is great and convenient! Overall, my experience with TIDE Pods was very positive, my laundry came out stainless and smelling wonderful! I highly recommend it! And I will be buying it again.

Today I wanted to share about my latest beauty additions: Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid lip color, #35 Rebel Red and #10 Nude Flush.

I received these products complimentary for testing and reviewing purposes from Maybelline and Influenster, but all opinions expressed here are 100% my own.

I love the new Vivid Matte color selection, they are so pretty!
These rich, intense lip colors are designed to glide on smooth to a matte finish. They contain 2x the pigments for intense color, and have a soft cushiony feel. I think it's great that you can choose how you like to wear them, simply by applying only once for a matte finish, or you can apply it twice for a shinier look! I'm a more natural type, so while I usually don't go for bright reds, I think both colors are really beautiful, easy to apply, and feel light on the lips. I'd choose the Nude Flush shade for every day use, while the bright & pretty Rebel Red for special occasions. There's only one thing that I didn't like about them, it is that the colors didn't last very long, only a few hours at most, they wear off too quickly.
Overall, I really want to try out more colors, and I recommend you try the Vivid Matte lip colors yourself, you will like them! :)

Today I would like to tell you about a delicious new juice that I received complimentary for testing and reviewing purposes. All opinions expressed here are my own.

I was recently invited by BzzAgent to be a part of the Welch's Refreshingly Simple juice campaign. I received a free bottle of Welch's Refreshingly Simple juice in the variety Peach Mango, alongside some savings coupons to pass along, and a cute sandwich box.

My first impression of the juice bottle is its nice & sleek design. It really stands out from other juice bottles, also because of its label's simplicity. The juice comes in a variety of great, delicious flavors, such as Peach Mango, Concord Grape, Orange Pineapple Apple, Passion Fruit and Strawberry Raspberry. My family and me can't wait to try them all, and after trying the Peach Mango variety we knew that we'll definitely be getting more!

As the name states and you would expect, Welch's Refreshingly Simple juice is made simple. The makers of Welch's understand that often times LESS is MORE, that's why Welch's, with only a handful of simple ingredients, created this simply delicious juice! If you're like me and enjoy the simple things in life, you have to try this juice! Every 8 oz. cup of Refreshingly Simple has only 100 calories, and it has only about half of the amount of sugars that other juices contain. Not only that, but it is made with only real fruit sugars, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives! Garnier Olia Medium Golden Brown Color 5.3 review

Hi everyone!
So, recently Crowdtap sent me a sample of Garnier Olia permanent hair color in the color number 5.3, which is Medium Golden Brown. I had not used this hair color before, so I was really excited to try it out, because the box stands out on store shelves and it is the only hair dye that is made with an exclusive 60% oil blend, with natural flower oils, it has no ammonia in it which means a more pleasant scent during application, and it promises that it gives you brilliant color and visibly healthier hair that is hydrated, silky, and 3x shinier. Time for a healthy change - for your hair! :)

 I really liked the non-drip formula and that it has a nice flowery scent. I also liked that it didn't stain my skin. The application was a little bit more difficult because the shape of the applicator bottle made it easy to slip out of my hand because of the awkward shape and slippery gloves, and it was also difficult to get the rest of the color to come out of the bottle, so I had to open it up to get it out. I definitely recommend two boxes if you have longer hair than shoulder-length hair, because I ran out of color quickly. When rinsing the color out of my hair, the hair already seemed more smooth and conditioned. After the hair was dry it felt really soft and silky, definitely healthier, and I loved the shine.
Here's a before picture (so you can get an idea of what my hair color looked like to begin with) and an after shot. My hair was pretty light with a coppery tone and highlights, so the end result was not as dark as on the hair color box.

I really recommend that you guys try out this hair color, it is very gentle on hair, and available in many great shades!

I recently received a sample of Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream complimentary from Influenster for testing and reviewing purposes. All opinions expressed here are my own.

I really liked this moisturizing cream! The rich formula gets absorbed quickly, and leaves no greasy residue behind, which is awesome! It provides long-lasting hydration that starts immediately when applied, and helps soothe and heal even severely dry and itchy skin, which makes it a great moisturizer for eczema relief. I love that it is non-irritating, fragrance-free and mild! I even used it on my baby's sensitive skin and it made both of our skin sooo soft and smooth. Cetaphil moisturizing cream contains extra-strength emollients and humectants that are clinically proven to bind water to the skin and prevent moisture loss. It's perfect for use on hands, feet, elbows, and I even saw great results using this moisturizer on my face during these cold winter months.

It's like having a little treat for yourself, which makes me actually look forward to taking them. All three flavors taste delicious, my favorite is the orange, but really I like them all. I also appreciate that they do not have a strange vitamin-y taste, and that they do not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. These gummies easily fit into anyone's lifestyle, they contain no wheat, milk, soy, egg, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, or shellfish allergens. They are also gluten-free, and made without artificial flavors and sweeteners! Centrum Multigummies are so good for you, packed with essential key nutrients, they provide at least 100% or more of Vitamins B12, D, and E. Even though you may think you eat healthy, adding these to your daily diet will make sure to help you fill in the gaps in your nutrition.

As a member of Influenster I received a free sample of each of the fragrances "Eternity Now" & "Eternity Now For Men" by Calvin Klein. I received these free samples for testing purposes, in order to try them and share my opinion and experience with the product. The first thing I noticed was the impressive VoxBox that Influenster sent the samples in. I love the expressive picture of real-life couple Jasmine Tookes and Tobias Sorensen that expresses their love and emotions for each other.

Upon opening the VoxBox I found my sample sizes of the fragrances. I have used the Eternity Now for women a couple of times now, and I like the fruity, sweet Peonies flowers scent. It is fresh and not too overpowering strong. The strong scent after applying it quickly dissipates and leaves a long-lasting, subtle fragrance, with a hint of cashmere veil. What I did not like is that it doesn't smell very youthful, more of an "older lady" style fragrance. This is not a perfume I would wear daily, but I like it for special occasions.

On the other hand, my husband has tried the Calvin Klein Eternity Now For Men sample, and he likes it a lot. It complements him perfectly, and I love when he wears it. With this fragrance he smells irresistible. It is a clean, fresh, masculine but not musky scent, with wooden under notes. It's the perfect perfume for any type of occasion, either to go out, or to just relax at home with your partner. And just like the wonderful TV commercial and product picture depicts, it makes the both of you reminisce and remember the spark of the moment when you first fell in love. I highly recommend that you try these fragrances. They make the perfect gifts for the upcoming Holiday season as well!
