The TruMoo BzzCampaign!

First of all, my children love milk and especially chocolate milk! They were beyond excited when I told them about the TruMoo BzzCampaign and could not wait to get their hands on a cup of TruMoo! We have never tried it before, so we were all very excited to see how it measures up to their usual chocolate milk they are used to drink. I was supposed to find the special, Halloween limited edition TruMoo orange colored Vanilla Milk, but had a hard time finding the TruMoo brand at all in my stores that I shop at for groceries and other necessities. I finally found TruMoo Chocolate milk and decided to go with that one instead. My children couldn't wait to get home after grocery shopping to have some of the TruMoo Chocolate milk, and all you could hear was "Mmmmmmhh!!!" and "Yummy, I want MORE! This is SO GOOD!". :) The thing they loved most about it was the rich chocolate flavor, and they said they thought it was actually a chocolate milkshake, because it was so creamy and delicious. I was allowed to try some as well ;) and I must say that the texture and richness, the creaminess and thickness is very delicious. It makes it an awesome treat! Also, there was no aftertaste at all. And of course, besides the great taste and all, there are other interesting facts to talk about when it comes to what's actually in TruMoo! I am always checking and making sure that my children do not get overloaded on sugary drinks and snacks, and especially do not consume too much high fructose corn syrup containing products in their diet. The Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge BzzCampaign

I'm a member of BzzAgent.com and was very excited to be invited to be a part of the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge BzzCampaign. Upon arrival of my BzzKit package, I received a full size bottle of each: the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge shampoo, the conditioner, and the 1-minute moisture-plenish treatment, all from the new line of hair products from Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge, intended to replenish maxium hydration to normal to dry hair.

I've been coloring, highlighting, dying my hair for many years now already, and right now I'm bleaching y hair light blonde about every four weeks, which takes its toll on my long tresses. I've been trying a lot of different hair products that claim to take your hair from dull and dry to lush and silky, but let's be honest - it's nearly impossible to un-do the majority of damage that comes from over-processing hair.

This is why I was very happy to be selected to be a part of this BzzCampaign, I'm a big fan of Garnier Fructis hair products, and more than willing to try out this new line of hair products for dry hair.
The first thing I noticed was that these products smell absolutely AMAZING! (The scent alone made my whole family want to try and use the products as well!) The combination of the super fruit power of goji berries, kiwi and passion fruit provides hydration and nourishment for the hair.

First of all, the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge Shampoo is very cool, it is a clear shampoo (which is great because this is what I usually associate with clarifying capabilities of shampoos) and it is super unique because it is the first of its kind to feature thousands of mini-beads full of moisture which burst on impact, and melt literally right into your hair strands and provide deep hydration. It has a nice consistency which makes it easy to distribute into the whole head of hair, forming a rich lather, while hydrating your tresses.

After shampooing, you follow up with the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge Conditioner, it has a very nice cream/gel-like texture, and is very easy to apply and will cover your hair from roots to tips nicely, providing maximum hydration. When rinsing out I immediately felt and knew that it made me hair so super smooth and silky, like no other brand of shampoo has been able to before. My hair felt like a "waterfall" in my hands while rinsing! The conditioner made my hair manageable and super easy to comb through!

The Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge 1-Minute Moisture-Plenish Treatment is best used twice a week instead of the conditioner, which to me seemed very similar to the conditioner itself, also featuring the creamy/gel-like texture and was also super easy to distribute all over the hair, covering from roots to tips perfectly. I was amazed by the fact that it really takes only one minute to un-do the damage signs of over-processing and damaging my hair! Other products in the market take about 20-30 minutes and this is not ideal for a busy mother of kids like me! The one-minute Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge treatment is perfect for women that do not have too much time by themselves. ;)
Another cool thing about this new line from Garnier Fructis is, that it claims that your hair will stay fresh and nice for up to two days! Which is proven to be very true by myself! Very assuring knowing you will look good even if you run late some day and were not able to wash your hair before running out the door.

I have received so many compliments about how shiny, healthy and smooth my hair looks, even though I had been recently bleaching my hair again, plus I have not been to a hair salon in quite a while. Usually you could tell the damage, but since I started using Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge, my hair immediately started looking and feeling so much better! I've been using these products for over 6 weeks now, and I am very happy with the results and will continue using them, and definitely buy them again! The "Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream" BzzCampaign

 

 

Today, I have something new to tell you about! :) Another great BzzCampaign that I was invited to is the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream BzzCampaign. I am a BzzAgent, which means that if I get invited to and join a BzzCampaign, I will receive a full-size product to try out and review, and let other people know all about this product by telling them my honest opinion.

First of all, I would like to tell you a little bit about the history of the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream by Neutrogena. It was invented by fishermen in Norway, who suffered from the combined bad effects of cold weather, wind, and water on their skin. They came up with the idea to make this glycerin-rich cream, which proved to relieve years' worth of dry, chapped, cracked skin, and it has now been around for about forty years already. Neutrogena adopted these fishermen's hand cream formula, and it has been very successful for many years now. Not only has the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream outperformed other similar products for many years now, but it has also earned the 2012 Good Housekeeping Seal for its' outstanding performance.

The invitation for this BzzCampaign couldn't have come at a better time. It is winter and cold outside, and it is always my hands that suffer the most during winter. Very often I find my hands irritated, red and dry, with very painful chapped skin. This is why I was excited about this BzzCampaign, and curious to try the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, to see how it works and if it would provide the results it promises, and some much needed relief.

After the first use, my hands almost instantly felt smoother, softer, and the roughness and dryness has disappeared. My cuticles no longer felt tight and painful, because of chapped skin around the nails. It is like this hand cream glycerin-rich consistency mends the cracks in skin right away, relieving discomfort, and starting the healing process. The hand cream itself is a clear/white-ish color, and feels very smooth. With continued use, about twice a day, the condition of my dry skin and cuticles improved in no time. I really enjoyed the softness of my hands!

 

 

With the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, the irritation and pain of your dry and chapped skin on your hands and fingers soon will be only a faint memory. Its' versatility is outstanding, not only helps this cream heal your hands, but is also great for dry, rough skin on your heels, elbows, knees, and can even be used as a lip balm, protecting your lips from the weathers. Considering the great price/value and all the benefits, this hand cream sure is a keeper, no matter if you have one at home, at work, or on the go in your purse. Just $5 gets you a 2oz. tube which will last you for 200 uses, so for a very long time. ;)

Outweighed by the great benefits of this hand cream, there are also a few things that I did not like about the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream. For one, I did not like the scent of the original variety, I preferred the fragrance-free variety.

Another experience I had one time was, that after a long day of cleaning and the following whole day spent outdoors in cold weather, my hands were extremely dry from the usage of cleaner soaps. Combined with the cold weather afterwards, I experienced extremely tense, red, and dry skin around the knuckles area of both my hands, to the point that my skin was cracking and bleeding a little bit. This seemed like the perfect time to put this hand cream to the test and see if it would be able to heal my hands and provide some relief. I put on and rubbed in the original scented hand cream, but I had to wash it off immediately, because the stinging sensation it created hurt like crazy. This has not happened with the fragrance-free variety, so my skin may be just too sensitive for the fragrance ingredients, while the skin is irritated. I don't really know. One last thing that I did not like about this hand cream is, that it felt too "creamy", almost "wax-like" inside the palms of my hands after applying it all over my hands. I'm the type of person that can't stand the feel of lotion or cream remaining in the palms, so I always wiped my palms after applying the cream to the back of my hands and cuticles/nails.

 

Overall, my opinion about the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream is very positive, and it works just as described! It makes your hands feel wonderfully smooth, your cuticles nice and soft, and it prevents cracked skin and dryness, keeping your nails from splitting. I would definitely recommend this hand cream to anyone suffering from dry, painful, flaky skin, and will also be purchasing it again in the future!

The Post Alpha-Bits BzzCampaign !

Hey, what's up everyone! I'm back with my newest BzzCampaign, the Post Alpha-Bits BzzCampaign! This is going to be an interesting review for all of you equally, moms and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, women and men equally, because this is about the number 1 breakfast item in households: Cereal!

First of all, let me say that my family never gets tired of having cereal for breakfast. And as a health-conscious mom, I am always trying to keep it as healthy as possible, while at the same time trying to satisfy my children's natural sweet tooth, and fulfill their craving for a sweet breakfast cereal. If it was up to my children, they sure would just pick the first sweet cereal item in the supermarket's cereal isle. But most of the cereals nowadays contain way too much sugar to be considered a healthy breakfast for children or adults. Have you noticed the many parents or people in general, standing in the cereal isle in supermarkets, reading nutrition labels and comparing different cereals, trying to figure out which one is healthiest for them? Most likely, at one point or another, you are one of them. I was too. ;)

I was very happy to get picked to participate in this new BzzCampaign, and to have my family try the Post Alpha-Bits cereal. It is a letter-shaped, whole grain cereal, which is slightly sweetened, and provides 12 minerals and essential vitamins per serving! The vitamin D in it helps the body absorb calcium for healthy teeth and bones, while the iron and zinc help support a healthy brain development. Post Alpha-Bits are just the perfect balance, not only are they healthy with 20 grams of whole grain per serving, but also delicious and wholesome. They are lightly sweetened with only 6 grams of sugar per serving, just enough to fulfill that little sweet craving of my children and yet keeping it healthy! Not only do older children have fun with this yummy cereal, but also babies enjoy Post Alpha-Bits. My youngest child is only ten months old, and he loved to use them as finger food, picking them up one-by-one all by himself, it made him one proud little boy! :)

This cereal is delicious with or without milk, and my kids kept asking to have some more during the day as a snack, too.

Last, but not least, my children loved the super cool blue box the cereal came in! In the front of the box is one of their favorite SUPER WHY! characters, while on the back are some more fun activities for the kids to do, all about words and letters, just as in the TV show SUPER WHY!

All in all, the Post Alpha-Bits cereal is a wonderful choice! Wholesome, delicious, containing essential vitamins and minerals, only lightly sweetened, great as breakfast with milk, but also a good snack item for the little ones during the day to satisfy their little hunger in between meals. Not only is this cereal a favorite, and parents- and children-approved, but it is also "baby-approved" in our home!
